• supervision over lease-related documentation.
• supply of utilities to the real property,
• financial and accounting settlements, such as public law liabilities, taxes or insurances,
• support for Clients in handover and acceptance procedures.

The infrastructural services we provide include:

• cleaning and security,
• maintaining order in the surroundings of the real property,
• managing reception and postal services,
• removing snow from roofs and of the whole area of the real property,
• catering services.
